Ciberspring International, a leading digital strategy and marketing technology agency, announces the hire of experienced Salesforce Engagement Manager, Krista Santucci.
A thrice certified Salesforce expert, Santucci will lead Ciberspring’s Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud group, overseeing projects for clients in a variety of industries, including health and life sciences. As part of her role, she will collaborate pre- and post-sales, alongside clients and the development team to deliver top-tier Salesforce projects, from strategy, design, configuration, through to integration, testing, and deployment.

Prior to Ciberspring, Santucci has built an impressive career arc within the Salesforce ecosystem. Beginning in sales as an end user with a quota, Santucci realized she enjoyed the back-end operations of Salesforce more. Her sales experience brings a unique empathy she leverages on the other side of the equation now as a Salesforce admin. She’s highly active in the Salesforce Trailblazer community and loves to help others blaze their own trail through mentorship.
Santucci is a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist.
She lives in New Providence, NJ, where she enjoys spending time with her family.
